A cracking gin from Australian producers Four Pillars, and certainly unlike anything we've ever seen. They start by steeping shiraz grapes from the Yarra Valley in their dry gin for eight weeks. They then press these grapes and blend the resulting liquid into yet more dry gin. The result is a dry and spicy liquid, full of pepperiness, subtle red fruit and lemon citrus. Try it in a Negroni with a dash of chocolate bitters, we promise you won't regret it!
