As part of Càrn Mòr's Strictly Limited line, this bottling was aged in ex-Oloroso sherry casks, imparting a Christmas cake essence to the whiskey. Distilled in 2011, the whisky spent a dozen years maturing in a cask that previously held Barbados rum, with a total of 796 bottles released in 2023.
