Made in the Friuli region of Italy, Bepi Tosolini distill this grappa from a blend of Pinot Grigio, Tocai, Ribolla, Cabernet Franc and Refosco grapes. The spirit is then aged in ashwood rather than oak to prevent too much flavour being imparted from the wood, resulting in a fresh, crisp grappa with good depth of flavour and a long finish
