Not often seen outside the Czech Republic, this herbal liqueur has something of a cult following! Tee recipe is a closely guarded secret, but honey, clove, cinnamon and star anise are definitely at the forefront of the palate. Best served ice cold, but pretty darn good in a hot toddy as well!
