Plantation Single Cask Rums are all matured using a two stage process. This one in particular spent 7 years in bourbon casks in Fiji, before being transferred to Maison Ferrand in France where it continued its ageing for four years in Ferrand Cognac casks before being transferred to Marsala wine casks for a final year of ageing.
