This one for example uses a blanco tequila as a base, but then infuse with prickly pear and clementine for a fruity backbone that elevates this to new heights! Not only that but the use of butterfly pea flower means that this one will change colour from inky blue to bright pink when mixed with anything acidic (think lime juice and tonic water!)
